With a Master’s in Organizational Psychology, I began my career as a Senior Psychologist at Brainwonders and had the privilege of serving as the youngest board member in the Selection Board of the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) and Child Welfare Committee (CWC) under the Bihar Government. Over time, my passion for understanding people and organizations led me into Human Resources. I’m currently co heading a mental health organization and looking after the non tech part. I’ve also worked as a Human Resource Officer – People Operations & Talent Acquisition at Kutumb, India’s largest community application, where I focus on building strong teams and driving impactful HR practices. Beyond work, I enjoy exploring creativity through cooking, painting, writing, and photography. I believe in being a lifelong learner and embracing everything that blends art with love!
