• Site safety officer at one of the largest Amazon's Fulfillment Center in pan India also adressed as "VIRAAT" with a total footprint of 4,30,000 sqft. and a throughput of about 3,40,000 Lakh processing units/day.
• Liason with the site team in adhering the safety norms and driving a culture of proactive approach.
• Maintenance and procurement of safety PPE's used for operational purposes for Headcount of about 1200/day in a budget friendly manner.
• Involved in launching of globally released safety procedures into site specific level which will ensure a linearly maintained safety across the Amazon network.(Ongoing)
• Manage departmental financial budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing expenditures of the PPE's used for operational purposes.

• I was posted as the site safety Manager right after my educational experience.Relevant work profile and projects as followed:
• Handled a site independently with a head count of more than 350 Associates on floor involved in operational activities.Size of the site was spread unto a 2 Lakh sqft with a carpet area of about 1.7 lakh sqft.
• Ensure compliance of relevant company specified 5S layout at the site which distinguished Inventory space,Emergency Equipment related space and operational layout.
• Partnered with site operations team in a fulfillment center to execute company safety policies and ensure diligent compliance of local as well as site related safety norms.
• Celebrated the mark of 2 Million safe man hours of the site since its inception.
• Ensured an incident and accident free set up of HVAC project spread upto a 2KM radial circumference around the facility.
• Setup a contractual training module for the 14 teams involved in the project with a total headcount of 150 workers on periodic visits.
• Assisted the operations team in layout alteration which helped them in improvement of pick process path and reduced the time.
• Collaborated with the site operation and facility team in installation of additional docks which helped in ramping up of Inbounding as well as Outbounding of material hence improving average throughput of site.
• Carried out weekly safety gemba rounds along with the leadership which helped in maintaining a pro active approach.

• Built the Induction Safety training module for SPP’s(Service Provider Personals)
• Instilled the contractor safety management program as a cost-controlling mechanism for the site and hence reduction of on-site incidents involving third party vendors and site property.
• Collaborated with the site safety team in simplifying the existing emergency preparedness structure and making the site team aware about the same.
