I build AI systems that work in production, not just in demos. As Co-Founder and CTO at Auzmor, I lead the engineering and architecture of our AI-powered Learning and Talent platforms. I'm deeply hands-on — I write code daily across Python and Ruby services, design system architecture, and make infrastructure decisions. Areas I'm currently deep in: → LLM Infrastructure — Centralized gateway design for multi-tenant environments: BYOK key management, prompt versioning, cost attribution, rate limiting. Making LLM calls predictable and observable at scale. → RAG Pipelines in Production — Document ingestion, semantic chunking, vector storage and retrieval using LlamaIndex, Milvus, and Docling. The hard part isn't getting RAG to work — it's getting it to work reliably, every time, across thousands of documents → Event-Driven AI Orchestration — Kafka-based async pipelines with structured contracts, dead-letter queues, and cross-service coordination between Python and Ruby. → Multi-Tenant AI Platform Architecture — Per-tenant isolation for LLM configurations, cost tracking, and key management on shared infrastructure running on GKE/AWS/Azure. → Platform Modernization — Replacing legacy microservice sprawl with clean, unified APIs. 18+ years of building software systems.
