• Senior community PM in Azure DevOps focused primarily on building and raising awareness for Azure DevOps in the community. I’m embedded within the core product group and responsible for outreach, event presence, customer connection, social media, field and partner relationships to harness their passion for DevOps. I focus on increasing awareness among the general developer community by orchestrating a series of initiatives, events, meetups, blog posts, videos, case studies, documentation, web pages, etc. I also worked heavily on the recent brand rename and driving content campaigns. In addition, I manage our external online presence on Stack Overflow, Reddit, DevOps blog, product lead for the MVPs, Azure DevOps YouTube channel, Channel 9, 1st party events such as Build, Connect, as well as many 3rd party events.
• As a community PM, I’ve established and executed creative ideas to partner with both engineering, field and marketing to get our messaging out and build strong ties within the developer community around DevOps and Azure. I’ve also focused on helping customers understand our approach to DevOps, being able to talk with their leaders as peers about how to apply some of the lessons we have learnt from our culture change in their own organizations. This has been a high visibility role that required a lot of partnering across Azure, Microsoft, customers and partner companies, as well as making a significant impact both on product adoption and future product direction.

I help bridge the gap from design, research, and engineering, throughout the design process. I interpret designs into fully functional interactive experiences while prioritizing code elegance, efficiency, and long-term scalability. I produce precision design with attention to every detail of the user interface.
• I have to understand each facet of the design process - information architecture + interaction design, research + usability, prototyping, visual + motion design, brand integration, and content creation - and an ability to merge this with established and emerging engineering processes. I create, collaborate, and communicate with many different teams. I effectively partner with managers, program managers and development and test team members to steer end to end experiences from concept to ship. I have a knowledge of natural user interface (NUI) paradigms. I always need to keep in mind the implementation, production, and shipment of highly-polished user interfaces.
