As a Technical Lead at MediaTek, I leverage my expertise in 3GPP specifications and automation tools to optimize LTE physical layer performance. I have developed a comprehensive understanding of Bit Rate Processing (BRP) in LTE, analyzing performance CR's for machine tests and live network tests under various chipsets. I also maintain and develop the DSP Online Robot Analyst (DORA), a complex automation tool that significantly reduces manual efforts and enhances issue closure. Prior to joining MediaTek, I worked as a Research Engineer at Near, where I prototyped an efficient synthetic data generator with high correlation to real-world data and low storage and computation costs.
