• Developed a fast, parallelizable algorithm package (in C) for biologists to efficiently identify a DNA sequence pattern called microDNA reintegration.
• Successfully found millions of microDNA reintegration patterns on human genome GRCh38 with the algorithm, and verified the significance of the result via simulation.
