• Project:- Analysis of Heat treatment cycle on Sinter Plant Bull Head Hammer.
• The project deals with the analysis part of of Bull Head Hammer which is used in sinter plant for the purpose of crushing the mixture of dolomite and bauxite in steel making process.
• For an efficient crushing process the hammer need to be hard from the outside and tough from the inside such that it can break the mixture into small granules and can resist the continuous impact forces to get fracture from inside.
• This type of properties are enhanced by series of different controlled Heat Treatment Processes.
