• Worked on SDK release projects of Digital Media Player, Digital Media Server and Digital Media Renderer. Fixed bugs and memory leaks in existing products, and did feature enhancements based on customers’ feedback.
• Worked on a future product, Total Guide. Lead engineers to develop the middleware of playback logic. Worked with colleagues in Ukraine to integrate the low level playback functions and provided high level APIs to UI teams in Hong Kong.
• Worked on “DLNA DMR” (Digital Media Renderer) project which developed a new architecture of UPnP Digital Media Render in Rovi Connected Platform SDK. Perform design, code, pass CTT 1.5 test and Microsoft Play-To Logo test.
• Participated DLNA PlugFest events for the products, DMS, DMP, DMC and DMR.
• Worked on GUI system enhancement projects. Accomplished UI applications rework and UI performance speedup.

• Prototyped an UPnP / ZigBee Translation Gateway on Linux platform.
• Ported WAP browser to Nucleus platform for IAC and Benq. In charge of GUI porting and memory optimization.
• Developed WAP2.0 browser on Linux+QT. Implemented partial GUI functions, key event handler and Layout Engine.
• Developed the Control API of UPnP IGD (Internet Gateway Device) on Linux Platform.
• Developed the GSM/GPRS modules (phone dialer, GSM Setting Program, and GPRS) on WinPad system (a smart phone system based on embedded Linux). Utilized gsmlib to implement related functionalities, also contributed feedback.
