• 1. In my current role, I am accountable to keep the lights on for all the servers, systems and applications involved in an enterprise infrastructure with 99.9% uptime from production to development tiers.
• 2. In my day to day function, I perform tasks of Linux server administration and administration for VMware based virtual infrastructures: vSphere and vCloud director.
• 3. I also manage and perform administration of 7 Enterprise Applications. 4 of them are Atlassian application suites (JIRA, Confluence, FishEye/Crucible and Bamboo), SonarQube and Subversion.
• 4. I also perform upgrade, patch and maintenance of these enterprise applications through Development to Production tiers.
• 5. Root cause analysis (RCAs) and aftermath troubleshooting or postmortem of systems and applications issues & outages are regular part of my daily job where I also directly work with respective Vendor support to solve or prevent them.
• 6. I also function as a bridge between our development team and core IT team to plan and finalize project's system resource and requirements and vice versa, where IT needs perform periodic IT budgeting and resources review about our team’s IT resource budgeting and current use.
• 7. Even though being in system maintenance and little DevOps profile, I have also been seasonal full stack developer which has enabled me to write code and automate processes if there is a need.
• 8. And to carry out all above tasks even though they are related to system maintenance or DevOps criteria, our team uses “Agile methodology via Scrum based iteration”.
• 9. Being part of a truly global work team, where constant and effective collaboration is required with colleagues from different time zones across globe.

• 6. knowledge about telecom domain, telecom billing, VOIP and PSTN/SS7 from OSS to BSS layers.
