Capital markets professional with two decades of experience across M&A, IPOs, private capital raises, and debt financings. Started my career at UBS before making the leap into the venture ecosystem. I now lead the Capital Markets & M&A Practice at Accel, where I work closely with portfolio founders as their strategic CFO and corp dev partner — helping them think through exits, fundraises, and inorganic growth. Across these engagements, I've built a global network of sovereign wealth funds, public market investors, PE and growth firms, and technology companies that I bring to bear on every transaction. A core part of my role has been shepherding portfolio companies through their IPOs — Blackbuck, Bluestone, and Amagi — where I ensured deal completion by building and maintaining direct relationships with India's largest domestic mutual funds through every stage of the process. Beyond IPOs, I've helped Accel portfolio companies raise over $400m in equity through a mix of structured processes and bilateral investor introductions — including Spinny, Zolve, Haber, Orange, Astro (Indonesia), Rapid Canvas, Jiraaf, Spendflo, E6data, and Swish. Other select transactions at Accel: › Sale of 25% stake in ANSR to Accenture for $125m in cash › Merger of HomeLane and Design Cafe, leading to a $25m cash infusion › Bolt-on acquisition of Jify by Moneyview › $150m debt raise for Eruditus I care deeply about building teams and backing founders through the messy middle.
