I was also able to demonstrate my interpersonal skill by conducting prescreening interviews and help recruiters with the hiring process.

• I plan, coordinate, and host birthday parties and instructional classes for children under the age of 12. Throughout the party I speak in front of large groups of people and give out instructions on how to facilitate the activities to young children. I excel at time management, each party is limited to an hour and a half in which specific activities need to be done at a certain time to make sure the guests have time to get to each activity. We also have back to back parties where my team and I need to clean up and set up for the next party within 15 minutes. When parties are done for the day there is a closing procedure where I need to allocate the sales and calculate and record petty cash. My job has taught me that team work is crucial in the work environment, being able to compromise and work together allows the job to get done fast and efficiently. I also have experience with working desk shifts aside of hosting birthday parties where I make phone calls to market classes that The Little Gym has to offer and try to gain more members.
