My professional experience spans over 30 years of progressively increasing responsibilities in various software and e-learning companies. I have managed the various facets of a software business viz. Business Development, Program Office, Project Management Office, User requirement Analysis, Software Development, Testing, Implementation & Customer Support, Compliance. This diverse exposure has given me versatility and capability to deal with challenging assignments. Currently I am working as Cognitive Asset Engineering Services India Leader in IBM. I am responsible for leading the software development team for the Global Process Services. My role includes managing customer relationships, leading the development team, defining strategy for the growth of existing accounts, ensuring timely delivery and managing the project margins. I am involved in various organizational initiatives. Before IBM, I was working as the Head of the India Program Management Office and the Information and Security Compliance Officer at Headstrong India Ltd. I was responsible for managing the various facets of engagement management. As the Information and Security Compliance Officer, I was responsible for ensuring that the engagements meet the security and compliance guidelines specified by the financial customers. As a Project Manager in the E-learning division of NIIT, I was responsible for the Project Management Office for the Content Practice. As Senior Manager – Product Implementation at Silverline Technology in Delhi, I was responsible for the implementation of the HOST, a flagship product at the leading 5 Star Hotels in the North & West Region (Delhi, Nepal & Mumbai) Energetic and with Strong leadership skills, I am experienced in working with business managers to ensure that their goals are achieved and they have a competitive edge in the marketplace.
