• Young Leaders Program by GMDC, being in the first batch of this newly launched program of the company, we are a batch of 13 people hired for the position of Assistant Managers.
• We've all been allotted roles in different departments where we coordinate with GM-level employees in different departments.
• I started in GMDC in limestone division, soon was utilized in Renewable Power, then Thermal Power and later after 8 months of service, I've been transferred to IT division where I'm current contributing in multiple projects.

• 2. Perception Survey about Sustainability in the firm.
• ESG DISCLOSURE FOR DJSI:-
• I'm responsible for suggesting strategies on improving the DJSI scores (CSA disclosure on ESG - Environment, Social & Governance) and Benchmarking them for the Public entities of JSW being JSW Steel & JSW Energy.
• First step is prioritisation among the Sub-headers of the ESG disclosure based on the percentile score, current score & industry best scores.
• Next is to learn about the questions of the DJSI disclosure and to know what is exactly being asked and on what parameters they judge.
• Next we do peer analysis for each of the parameters to learn industry best standards to benchmark them.
• Next we assign a timeline and a team for better coordination of the new suggested initiative.
