• As an Hub Honcho of the first offsite hub, led the Hyderabad initiative from the scratch. Created processes and best practices that were then deployed in the other hubs that were setup in 6 other cities.
• As a part of a challenging journey, the responsibilities included:
• Recruiting team members, ensuring on-time delivery of services to all stake members while leading on the marketing activities to ensure full capacity
• Handling profit and loss of the hub and define various metrics involved.

• Plan and create a monthly target of meet-ups of investors, mentors, startups, freelancers, professionals,social startups across services and sector types

• Oi is a playschool initiative of People Combine, a group that has pioneered and redefined the way education is perceived in India. Started in the year 2010 with just one school in Hyderabad, Oi has spread its wings to multiple cities winning the most prestigious title of being the “Fastest Growing Playschool Chain in India".
• The jubilee hills center, is the flagship school for Oi and is Company Owned and Company Operated(COCO) and I was the interim Centre head to set up the the school in auto pilot mode. Close the gaps that were existing due to absence of proper management. Refine the sales structure. Recruit and train a suitable candidate for center head role
