Led the backend design of the Notification Hub — a greenfield Go microservice providing a centralized notification feed for all customer communications. Authored the design doc, coordinated load testing across 7 downstream services, and drove the project to production-readiness. The project was subsequently consolidated into Pedregal — DoorDash's shared notification platform.
Completely owned the foundational backend migration for the promo stacking initiative — decoupled marketer offer fetching from co-pricing into co-benefits across three Tier-1 services, designed and executed the shadow testing strategy, and completed the migration without any incidents. Received "Play to Win" recognition from engineering leadership.
Identified chronic on-call burden (100+ pages/week) and independently initiated a structured action items program with a P0/P1/P2 triage framework. Coordinated execution across 6 engineers, achieving a 40% reduction in on-call page load.

Led the migration of C3's Docker image pipeline from Jenkins to Semaphore, and owned Prometheus & Alertmanager packaging for C3++ a advanced version of C3.
On Hybrid Stream Lineage, designed the component architecture for adapting metrics, Kafka topic metadata, and CCloud lineage into a unified platform lineage view. Built produce/consume metrics for Kafka components (producers, consumers, KStreams, KSQL, Connectors) using platform interceptors in Java.
On the build infrastructure side, led Kafka-focused efforts for the Bazel migration of ce-kafka — driving cross-team alignment through design reviews and preparing the production test plan. Built a flaky test dashboard for the Kafka org to identify and prioritize test failures by team, reducing manual overhead and accelerating the release process.
