• In my role as a Product Writer for Adobe’s Learning Management System (LMS), I help end-users utilize the platform optimally by writing user-friendly documentation, whitepapers, case-study reports, and posts on public platforms. Using my instructional design experience, I transform complex engineering product specs into real-world use cases that make sense for the users. My job involves deep collaboration with product managers, engineering teams, customer success managers, marketing, and support teams to stay on top of what’s new and how are we resolving user pain points.

• My role at JP Morgan Chase gives me newer, wider perspectives as an Instructional Designer. I am able to see how my work fits to fulfil the broader L&D needs of the organization and how it helps build a better learning culture.
• My typical day at work involves consulting business units and leaders on their learning needs, designing and developing learning solutions, working with SMEs and stakeholders, keeping the projects on track and deliver meaningful, effective, ROI centric learning experiences to our learners.
