• Microsoft teams - Calendar
• Built the team from scratch as Teams calendar (front end and back end) transitioned to IDC. The charter included maintaining old app/services and rewrite calendar stack in react and REST. This required strong collaboration with partners helped in establishing as the leader and goto person for calendar. Calendar is entry point for Teams online meetings and owner of Meeting object.
• Structured the team to deliver results and built the culture for team to enjoy the work.
• Drove multiple initiatives based on the customer feedback took it from inception to completion which were pending for years. The solution required major architecture surgery, able to navigate it in the system.

• Leading managers and Architects to run Brand and programmatic LOB engineering teams, total of 45 engineers. This includes execution, engineering excellence, people management, product roadmap contributions, stakeholder management, innovation.
• Reworking on creative strategy with the ownership of Studio and Helix, this re-enforces the creative pillar required for Brand and App download business. Also drove Video business from zero to one.
• Initiated the Automation of the demand quality - detecting Malware, auto-click, auto-redirect; Resulted in the increase of publisher happiness and unlocking more demand.
• Also travelled to China and US multiple times to conduct partner summits, onboarding and scaling the partnerships. Participated in defining the IAB - RTB spec for mobile advertising.
• Picked up the responsibility of whole UI team, which is the horizontal team. Restructured the team and adopted to new newer frameworks to deliver impact, which also fixed the team identity.

• Brand Core - Extended the Full stack to Machine learning which optimize the ads for user engagement and brand awareness. Created user profiles and geo fencing for advanced targeting features. Extending the attribution to offline for store walk-ins.
• Programmatics - Scaled China and Rubicon partnerships, became the most profitable BU within Inmobi.

• Video - Lead the Video initiative at Inmobi, technical and education challenge internally. Lead multiple experiments to optimize template, placements before onboarding demand and supply. Worked with all engineering teams at Inmobi - SDK, Supply, template-ui, CMS, Data, Perf, Brand, Programmatic.

• Brand - Managed the full stack team - demand onboarding, ad serving, trackers and reporting.
• Programmatics - Innovated RTB-D as another demand pool and second price auction in the Ad Network model. Worked with China BU to promote this integrations. Onboarded brand, performance and commerce Programmatic buyers including JD.com, Tencent, iPinYou, etc.

• Adserve Team - This is a backend team which takes billions of ad-requests on daily basis, each ad request is latency sensitive and CPU intensive. Have layered implementation of Request enrichment, Fraud detection, Ad matching and filtration, Ads ranking and templating.
• Brand Core - Forked the Brand adpool into separate service and vertical. This gave Agility to development process.
• Programmatics - Worked on the platform to integrate with demand Channel Partners for ad call and reconciliations.

• 4.8 years at Google is the great experience where built the technical foundation wrt coding, testing, designing, machine learning and collaboration.
• I was the part of Speech research team, worked on distributed logging infra, acoustic & language model for Indian English, Symbian app for Google Search - Voice edition, GOOG-411 for India, etc.
• In the later half, I joined Enterprise team (Google Apps for Business) worked on integrating Gmail, Docs, Contacts and Mobile to the enterprise platform. This was one of the biggest collaboration challenges. I also worked on defining the secure way of third party settings in the Google Apps - Control Panel (U.S. Provisional Application No. 61/550,582).
