As a hands-on TA leader, I’ve personally worked on and successfully closed multiple high-performance leadership roles, making an impact at the most strategic levels. At HighLevel, I serve as the Director of Talent Acquisition, where I lead a global team overseeing delivery, headcount planning, P&L, and talent acquisition operations.
