• I work with the team responsible for Slack’s runtime powering our desktop apps on Windows, macOS, and Linux. We’re the company’s C++ and JavaScript foundation, doing most of our work in the open-source world together with our fellow Electron maintainers.
• It’s the same framework powering Visual Studio Code, Figma, Facebook Messenger, and many other desktop apps. I feel incredibly lucky that I get to work with brilliant engineers having an impact across apps and industries.
