I own the HR technology platform that serves 120,000+ employees across 70+ countries at Honeywell. That’s the short version. The longer version: I own the product roadmap, set the governance framework, define what gets built and what gets prioritised, and present platform performance, compliance status, and workforce risk to C-suite leadership. I make the calls on how we balance new country expansion against depth and reliability in existing markets. The biggest thing I’ve shipped here: an Oracle HCM transformation with AI-powered validation that took HR data accuracy from 89% to 99.9%, eliminated 200+ hours/month of manual reconciliation, and delivered zero audit exceptions across every jurisdiction we operate in. I’m now preparing the Workday migration for the same 120K+ population — gap analysis, data mapping, integration planning, and change management rollout. Before Honeywell, I was at Google. Owned the People Experience (PX) systems roadmap for 25,000+ employees across APAC, EMEA, and Americas. I built and shipped the workflow automation that cut onboarding processing from 14 days to 2 and reduced manual effort by 95%. Got the Google Spot Award for that.
