Drove several implementations and data reengineering efforts with estimated ROI gain of $9M & Customer Delivery timelines optimization by 4%, 60% reduction in manual activities leading to 37% Reduction in SLA.
• 2. Involved in translating business requirements to technical requirements, architecting the solution and developing the proposed solution.
• 3. Involved in various areas of MDG implementation like data modelling, smt mapping, extending standard data model for reuse mode, UI modelling, search and duplicate checks, validations and derivations and data replication framework.

• Enterprise Data Archiving and Business Intelligence
• 1. Worked as lead developer leading a team of 5 people on Data archiving and Business Intelligence projects. My role was to design and implement Data archiving for Enterprise wide systems.
• This included development and configuration of SAP Enterprise applications majorly in Archiving space along with areas including Business Intelligence (SAP BI), Process Integration (SAP PI) with knowledge in ABAP, Change Management, IXP.
• 2. Carried out 6 end to end Archiving and BW extraction implementation for different Archiving objects in Finance, S&D, Purchasing, Event Management and Global Trade Compliance subject area.
• 3. Played a key role in helping ramp up the new team members in Data Archiving team.
• 4. Created one-time Live Compare Tool Workflows to reduce the manual activity of comparing and locating data quality issues between Archive VS Active Data flow during SAP BI extraction processes. These workflows were also used at different PLC stages in future projects leading to 15-20% of overall efficiency.

• 1. Worked on redesign and enhancement of Worker Master Data in HR system within intel. This was part of multi-year efforts to establish employee portal platform for Intel – serving 100,000 user base on daily basis.
• 2. Developed HR Web Application in C# used by Sponsors/Delegates to manage and hire Contingent Workers. Introduced multiple SQL performance optimisation and process improvements.
• 3. Resolved showstopper bugs in Shopping Cart domain reducing ticket volume from 27% to 4%.
