• I am currently part of the core Leadership team responsible for establishing & scaling up operations, with direct accountability of Manufacturing & Operations including Procurement & Logistics. I have successfully led the project involving setting up the Manufacturing facility from a scratch, the role entailing scouting for location, identifying & procuring the right machinery, engaging with OEMs and building a high performing team. My role has been critical in leading the entire process from driving the Pilot and setting up the Manufacturing Line, with direct accountability of tool selection, process transfer from research to volume manufacture and product qualification. • I initiated tenure as Technical Lead, where, I was tasked to lead Semiconductor Wafer Characterization at SRDC, while leading a group of Engineers in Yield Enhancement in Bangalore for 300 mm wafer fab in East Fishkill, New York. I was part of the remote team in Bangalore to characterize processes and yield enhancement for wafer fab operations in New York in 32 nm and 28 nm technologies, the role entailing managing data analyses, daily communication across time zones and remote presentations.
• Subsequently, I was moved to a larger accountability as an Operations Manager, where, I demonstrated Techno-Commercial and Operational Leadership while handling aspects including People Management, Capability Building and Financial Management. Key takeaways include establishing India Networking Lab from grounds up, scaling up of the headcount of India Storage Lab and supporting the setting up of 2 development labs. I also 
engaged actively with Technical Managers based in the US, with accountability of Evaluation as well as Performance Management activities for the same.
