I have been a part of Media Partnerships team at Facebook, worked on Strategic Initiatives to grow FB Watch, identify gaps, structure and execute deals and onboard new video content creators via Hub programs. These programs were structured to make FB Watch the premier destination for content creators and set them up for long term success. At Facebook, I started my journey with Workplace from Facebook, as the Customer Success Manager. The role focused on change management and helped companies transform their culture. Prior to Facebook, I worked with Denave as a Consultant and within 2 years progressed to the leadership team as the Associate Vice President -Business Development. Here, among other achievements, I have founded and led a business vertical for new age businesses like Ecommerce and mobile wallets and contributed significantly to the revenues for our clients. Earlier in my career, I worked with British Airways in India for 14 years and in my last assignment, led and managed the business for American Airlines in India as part of BA-AA Atlantic Joint Business portfolio. Here I helped grow the business year on year working through some extremely challenging work environment and helped make India the largest global offline contributing partner for American Airlines. I have been successful in Sales and P&L Management throughout my career across a variety of roles and geographic cultures. I possess sound business acumen, combined with strong interpersonal skills. My focus has been on creating and developing successful teams in order to achieve excellent results. I am resilient, resourceful and creative and am constantly looking for opportunities to gain further knowledge and expertise.
