• SRE for ecommerce sites and stores of Walmart: Working with full access on a distributed system as large as Walmart was an experience which was truly unique! The sheer size of the environment provided us with a plethora of opportunities to try out ideas which would have been superfluous in a smaller org! I spend bulk of this period experimenting with & developing general purpose but technology specific, threshold less anomaly detection tools to enhance our general observability optimized for covering enterprise scale E2E stress tests and as a fringe benefit reduce overall incident MTTD!

• Served as Operations Lead for a 32-member team delivering a well-received in-house “Platform & Logging as a Service” solution, designed to optimize infrastructure utilization and reduce operational costs across both on-premises and cloud environments. Responsibilities spanned end-to-end resource planning, vendor and partner management, and hands-on technical leadership. Acted as SME across a diverse technology stack including Red Hat OpenShift (Docker + Kubernetes), Gluster, JBOSS, Splunk, Fluentd–Elasticsearch–Kibana, WebLogic, Azure, Ansible, and other enterprise-grade platforms.

• Have also been instrumental in creating pre-sales resource and cost estimates for solution redesign & contract renegotiation which helped Accenture win existing contract and enhance its portfolio by 11 FTE with this client.

• Worked mostly as part of the solution design and implementation group concentrating on designing and implementing solutions in POC environments as part of sales efforts for oracle financial products.
• Solutions generally involved most of the oracle middleware fusion components integrated with oracle financial product offerings including ORMB, SOA, ODI, OAM,OSB etc on oracle engineered systems like exalogic, exadata etc.

Task also included providing detailed effort estimation based on the work to be completed as per the finalized design for both at “proof of concept” stage as well as at implementation stage.
• Second last assignment was to create a POC project for a leading Scottish bank which included designing, installing and configuring an environment consisting of ORMB, SOA, ODI, OAM OSB etc for hosting Flexcube as part of pre sales activity.
• Last Assignment was to create a OneClick script (shell script) to install required JDK, WLS, FMW component(e.g: OSB, SOA, OAM etc) and create a customarized domain (wlst script) complete with provision for vertical and horizontal clustering.

• The job involved preparing detailed designs of complex environments in dev/uat & prod following Platform as a service (PAAS) solution for one of Australia’s largest online bank.
• These DDs were created based on the HLD/HLA provided by the client’s solution architects and was tailor made to suit the existing infrastructure & build team’s inputs. Main aim was to achieve as much consolidation and virtualisation as possible.

• App tier would have composed of security products such as OAM,OAAM,OIM,OIF,OES,OSM etc and other oracle middleware products such as SOA(AIA), OSB,OBIEE,ODI, ECM, Webcenter Portal, BPM,BAM,ORMB,OSR,OER,OCH,ESSBASE,IIR ODQ etc.
