Used CausalTree , a modified a decision tree based model, for the estimation of treatment effects estimation for any control experiment. The model was used to identify sub-populations within a large population that would react strongly when subject to a given treatment, either positively or negatively. Policy decisions can thus be made for such subgroups. The model estimates treatment effects, with no ground truth, within 95% confidence intervals.
