• Worked with “Promotion-Incrementality” team to develop algorithmic models that measure effect of promotions on Target’s profits. Used R, Python, Pyspark Map-reduce, Hadoop, etc. for implementation.
• I worked on following -
• Stockpiling algorithm - to estimate stockpiling of Target products bought by customers. It is an unsupervised algorithm and tracks customer's history of sales, trips,consumption rate, etc.
• Substitution-Grouping algorithm - to generate group of substitutable items such that item-demand is contained within the items in that group. Implemented Conjoint Analysis and k-means for different item types.
• Sales incremental-value for ‘marketing initiatives’ - to estimate sales incremental value due to Target’s investment in various marketing initiatives.

• IIT Bombay Racing is a 70 member independent student organization. We build single-seated electric race-car for Formula Student Competition, Silverstone, U.K.
• Led 6-member marketing team to negotiate alliances with various companies like TCS, B.E.S.T. Undertaking, etc. Our efforts led to 100% y-o-y increase in budget to INR 6 million.

• Designed and prototyped Digital SMPS (Switch Mode Power Supply)
• Developed a proposal for 3% cost reduction by using same microcontroller for SMPS and control circuit
• Simplified PCB design by eliminating circuitry for RC oscillation and soft – start sequencing
