As a Sr.Director of Machine Learning, I lead Enterprise Search and Agentic AI initiatives at ServiceNow with an emphasis on Federated Search, Re-ranking, Perpetual Fine-tuning and Dynamic Knowledge Graphs. I was the co-founder and CTO of ThirdAI Corp. (acquired by ServiceNow), a deep-tech AI startup. ThirdAI's core mission was to democratize AI for commodity CPUs. ThirdAI Platform was a CPU-only GenAI platform running in customer VPCs. Customers would build complex applications/workflows using the native endpoints for chatbots, enterprise search, text extraction, text classification etc. Underlying ThirdAI Platform was our Universal Deep Transformers (UDT) library which gives up-to 100x faster training and inference on billion scale models on commodity CPUs. I did my PhD in ECE at Rice University. I worked in the RUSHLAB with Prof.Anshumali Shrivastava. My thesis was on scaling up Deep Learning algorithms to large industry datasets using Hashing methods. I collaborated extensively with Amazon Search for my research. I'm a recipient of the Ken Kennedy Fellowship. I received my Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering (2011-2015) from IITB. I was AIR 21 in IIT JEE 2011.
