I am the founder and Director of KratiTech. The company formed around seven years ago as a two-person operation in Kanpur, India and has since grown to employ over 60 talented people. We have a complex management structure and our clients are some of the largest companies in India that includes both government and private companies. Experienced in identifying opportunities to leverage modern technology, data and automation as a competitive advantage for the organisation. As a Director, I have developed professional team of design engineers (includes 3D-modeling), AI and Machine Learning engineers, and web developers. Motivating and inspiring leader who attracts and retains talent, builds high performing teams and organizations based on trust, stretch, commitment and accountability. Strategy, planning and delivery of all our Services (3D modelling, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, Web based services ) to ensure that the IT Products can seemingly deliver digital transformation strategy and the business values to ensure that KratiTech continues to be at the forefront locally and globally in its pursuit for more effective and dynamic technological penetration in all spheres.
Working with Development team as IT partner for all Clients, Mergers & Acquisition at KratiTech. It includes operational/IT due diligence, TSA, integration / carve-out, and operational/IT restructuring of various new/existing businesses in all geographies.
Service Automation & Modernization – Set up NextGen automation strategy & execution via Service Automation CoE using Product & Platform approach to deliver IT operations in a personified, Machine First Delivery Model that is data-driven using AI/ML and provides elevated client’s/employee’s experience, service stability and sustainable reduction in TCO.
Responsible for the vision, strategy, and operations of KratiTech's Global Transformation and Expansion. Execution of over 30+ client’s needs and over 100+ projects worldwide.
