About

On a mission to coach and train 1 million entrepreneurs and innovators by 2027. I don’t just talk about business transformation—I help people live it. Having built 8 successful companies in 6 countries, I’ve learned first-hand what it takes to grow. Over the last 5 years, I’ve combined that experience with research on 400+ companies to uncover one clear truth: big ideas only matter if you can bring them to market faster, smarter, and with less risk. That’s the work I do today—through transformative keynotes and hands-on workshops. I’ve spoken and taught at leading universities (Chicago, Bentley, EDHEC, KU Leuven, Solvay, and more), led accelerators (European Innovation Academy, Founder Institute), and worked with over 30,000 leaders worldwide to: Spark new ways of thinking about AI and innovation Align teams around strategies that actually work Deliver practical tools that drive measurable growth in 90 days This journey led to my award-winning books CYCLES and The Generative Organization, and to building the AI4Innovation Toolkit—a system that helps companies turn AI into a real competitive advantage. 👉 If you’re looking for a speaker or workshop that doesn’t just inspire but equips your audience with tools to act immediately, let’s talk. • SPRINTZ.WORK IS THE NEXT STEP IN INNOVATION SPRINTS
  • Short sprints can achieve a great deal quickly, but they do not always deliver the long-term results you need. Using the design sprint method as a foundation, we have built something even better.
  • Our program offers everything you will find in a traditional sprint, but we also provide a trained team selected from a global talent pool, a process, tools and a training program.
  • Our pilot programs have been successful in education, product development, non-profit and the creation of new start-ups. We are helping managers and companies do more and learn more than they ever thought possible by working 10-15 hours per week for five weeks.
