• Led discovery of technical product challenges that XL+ enterprises were facing with deploying ML/inference workloads using App Infra services (load balancing and API gateway) and EKS. Prioritized roadmap across 3 services.
• Designed and launched a new 0-1 VPC Networking product (for private 5G Connectivity) managing it from idea through execution. Drove the technical strategy including articulating our differentiation/Why, defining APIs and high-availability architecture, building channel partnerships, and enterprise-readiness (performance & security requirements). Launched a new pricing model based on customer feedback.
• Launched hybrid-cloud deployment model for 5G connectivity service (managed control plane and data plane in customer's tenant/on-prem).
• Built infra cost models and launched usage-based pricing & metering for two 0-1 services & incremental features.
• Structured pricing for a $xxxMM deal with a strategic account (covering multiple Networking services) and guided leadership on margins.
• Collaborated with AWS CorpDev to pursue an M&A for VPC Networking business (an acquihire). Led buy vs build NPV analysis and architecture due diligence.

• Defined and launched multiple features end-to-end including API and AWS console experiences, pricing model, go-to-market messaging, documentation, channel partnerships, and driving multiple incremental feature releases: Key ones: 1/ Launched long-range, low-power protocol support with AWS IoT platform as a managed service to onboard workloads in the smart city vertical (sensors, meters). 2/ Defined and built data governance UX and backend from the ground-up for all Alexa wearable devices (Glasses, Earbuds, Ring at the time). This included defining safe user prompts, developing user consent UX, data usage and retention policies, and deletion controls.

• Pocket Gems started with developing games for mobile and had raised over $150M from Sequoia Capital and Tencent at the time I joined the company.
• As the Platform lead, I developed performance eval benchmarks and tools for internal developers. The tools enabled the eng team to optimize performance of our mobile games with rich 3D graphics for low-to-medium end Android devices. This work directly contributed towards increasing our adoption and ARR in Europe and Asian markets - by enabling players in these emerging markets to engage with the game even if they use Android devices with low-end mobile GPUs or with spotty internet connection.
