• Worked on building oauth authentication for salesforce crm Integration in contact center. worked on rest apis implementation, design, component tests, data migration and resolved post production rollout issues.
• Optimised the audit database space. set ttl in live documents and mentored 1 intern to write script to set ttl in batches in historical records. this activity would reclaim 80 million records (~1 TB space) across 5 db clusters.

• 1. Led the migration of all the backend services from AWS to Azure Cloud in the Accounting domain ensuring cross-platform compatibility.
• 2. Led the backend development for onboarding of a big dealer/customer in Accounting. Built tailored features as per the client's requirements. Did the solutioning, design, code reviews for the features built for this client in Accounting.
• 3. Led the Implementation Automation project in Accounting with team of 10 people. Aim was to build features and automations to reduce onboarding time for a new client and enhance the accounting functions for operational efficiency. Built 10+ major features as part of this project in 3-4 months.
• 4. Led the platform v3 upgradation of all the backend services in accounting.

• 1. Led the performance track. Identified and rectified issues like deadlocks and slow queries. Moved reporting calls to Elastic search. Overall performance improvement was 100%. We were able to scale to 2x effortlessly without additional hardware.
• 2. Took scrum for the team. Took the requirements for every sprint from product and assigned tasks to the team members. Reviewed their solution and code.

• 1. Built the Big data warehouse from ground up where the realtime data was ingested with a scale of 10k writes per second. Data was also read from this system in realtime with scale of 4k reads per second. This data warehouse was used for reporting and realtime usecases.
• 2. Led the development of Notification center from ground up with a team of 3 people. It generated vernacular notifications based on the user's language for his activities on the app like game result, money added, tickets purchased, etc.
• 3. Built the personalised games section in app to show the games to a user of his interest. This personalised content was generated from previous user activity, genre of games he played in past, part of india he is from and multiple other parameters.

• 1. Led rebuilding of core accounting platform systems in java stack. Achieved 50% performance improvement with new architecture.
• 2. Orchestrated seamless integration of 50-60 microservices in Catalog into regression testing framework. Selected optimal framework after evaluating multiple options available.
• 3. Evaluated multiple integration testing frameworks and opted for Robot framework. Led team of 80+ developers in creating 350-400 tests. Built asynchronous API testing capability in Robot framework.
• 4. Built the catalog mapper system to map the third party catalog data to flipkart catalogue format.
