This system leverages research papers related to specific proteins or their clusters, addressing a longstanding challenge in bioinformatics—combining the study of complex protein structures with an interactive and efficient retrieval system. By enhancing the accuracy and speed of understanding protein interactions, this work contributes to advancing computational approaches in structural biology.
