Description: Test Program Sets (TPS) are written by Test Engineers for testing various Electronic components. These are written according to Test Executive software that runs on Test Stations. As new Test Executives replace the old ones, the TPS should also be changed/modified to the new requirements. The project was to automatically convert TPS of one Test Executive (JAX) to that of another (Generic ATE). The developed system first reads the source TPS and represent the information in an intermediate XML format, which is then used to build the target TPS.
