• Setup Platform as a Service (PaaS) infrastructure for Arcesium and its clients on AWS cloud infrastructure. Work on setting up Infrastructure as Code (IaC) by automating client environment setup/cleanup through AWS CloudFormation.
• Provide infrastructure support (RHEL/Ansible/AWS Stack) for onboarding platform applications, troubleshooting client connectivity issues and Core Infra services like email/O365, DNS, ADFS and other proprietary tools and solutions.

• Upgrade and migrate RSA Authentication Manager from Solaris to Linux and customize RSA install scripts.

• Troubleshoot and Debug complex issues involving application crashes, mail flow issues between Exchange and Sendmail, proprietary tools used for user life cycle, etc.
