• Oracle is a well known database company, but, over the years it has been growing rapidly in Iaas, Paas and Saas. In this direction it is building cutting edge next generation cloud technologies and infrastructure to cater to the needs of the world’s leading organizations. Currently, I have been leading a team working on various pieces of this next generation cloud and building applications on it which is used by millions across the world.

• Worked as consulting Engineering Manager and Agile Coach for the complete software development team (around 125 members) for a major real estate e-commerce platform Magicbricks. Looked after roll out of a major overhauled mobile applications on Android and iOS(using Swift). Streamlined and mentored the complete web application team in moving to Agile Scrum way of delivery and acted as their Agile Coach. Worked with this team for around six plus months.

• As CEO / CTO / CPO at BookMyInterview.in. I conceptualized this novel idea, implemented and launched a basic pilot on my own in Feb'2014 and now scaling rapidly as a fully operational and growing platform. I have played multiple roles in this organization and looked after various functional areas like technology, product requirements, sales and marketing, finance , HR and operations. For these roles from time to time I have been coding, testing, writing requirement specs and doing telecalls, making marketing plans, generating leads, doing sales negotiations, hiring and firing people and managing overall operations. There have been lots of hands on work that has been done in this role.
• Though, Bookmyinterview.in did not scale well, however likes of it came up thereafter and some went on to become unicorns.

• Helped in building architecture of the complete product. Worked extensively on front end based on HTML5/Javascript on Sencha framework. Wrote various Sencha custom components. Integrated the same with the backend using RESTful APIs based on Node.js and its various modules. Also, implemented backend apis especially the ones related to push notifications. Coordinated various activities of remote team of developers and testers and reviewed their work from time to time. Worked on this project for almost 2 years and released a successful product in the market.

• Worked as consulting program manager for patient data collection system and mobile medical test applications for Mt. Sinai Hospital, New York, USA. This was a .Net based application with MS SQL server database at the backend and hosted on Microsoft Azure cloud platform. It was designed and implemented from a scratch to collect various patient data for research and analysis. Along with this we made Sencha and Cordova based hybrid applications for Android and iOS device for various medical tests which patients can easily use to schedule, track and complete their tests. Coordinated all the activities of the various projects esp. streamlining tasks and communication between the US team and remote team and helped in defining architecture, programming and testing of various projects.

The focus is on providing technology trainings(esp. on innovation), software services and innovative products to the people and organizations.Did successful delivery of software projects and consulting services for clients like Unilever, CresTech, Simple Time, Chartliytics, Ennovative, CSR technologies, Implen etc. Successfully rolled out new innovative products in the market. Here I have been acting as the business unit head for training, services and product development divisions and responsible for end to end operation of all these divisions.
