• Build solution for recovering catalog data stored in hbase in case of any disaster.
• All the flipkart images metadata and its association with products were stored in mysql which was becoming the bottleneck. So upgraded the image store to use hbase and elastic search for storing image information.

• In Amazon, I was part of Customer Returns Team, which is dedicated towards making customer returns experience better.
• Developed a plugin to send notification email to customer once the item is returned through the website.
• Created a plugin to store the resolution (like replacement, refund, exchange) selected by the customer.
• Migrated one of the pages(Return Method Page) of Amazon’s Returns Website from Perl to Java.
