• At Barclays, I have been an integral part of the feature team for the Retail Online Banking (ROLB) division. My primary responsibilities have involved significant contributions to the Retail Online Banking home page, transaction, statement, and document management functionalities.
• For the ROLB home page, I have implemented several enhancements and addressed multiple defect fixes to improve user experience and functionality. In the transactions module, my major focus has been on resolving data export issues and ensuring seamless data retrieval from various sources, accommodating the different data streams for diverse customer segments.
• Played a key role in a transaction project, building X-API on the DAF framework using a microservices-based architecture—responsible for designing, API integration, testing, and deployment to a service mesh environment.
• In the statements and documents section, I played a pivotal role in building the preferences functionality from the ground up. This project required the development of new APIs, and I ensured that all functionalities adhered to the bank's stringent standards and performance thresholds. Additionally, I verified the system's robustness and efficiency through large-scale volume performance testing.
• Beyond these core responsibilities, I have also participated in the SMV4 migration activities, where I was instrumental in uplifting several APIs to SMV4. Furthermore, I have been actively involved in code review processes, contributing to maintaining high code quality and adherence to best practices within the team.
• Additionally, I have undertaken several proof-of-concept (POC) projects and developed solutions that have significantly streamlined our team's workflows. These initiatives have resulted in substantial time savings by automating processes that were previously manual, thereby enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.
