I'm a passionate and purpose driven individual with a background in software development and a growing interest in the intersection of technology, business, and strategy. After graduating in Information Technology from Pune Institute of Computer Technology (PICT), Pune where I took on leadership roles in NSS and IEEE, and led impactful initiatives like tech development for social causes I joined ION Group as a Software Developer. At ION, I worked on Allegro, a legacy CTRM platform, where I contributed to automation frameworks, testing efficiency, and product modularity. I led efforts that improved quality assurance and engineering workflows, while also organizing internal initiatives like hackathons to drive innovation. Currently, I am pursuing the Post Graduate Program for Young Leaders (PGP-YL) at the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad as part of the founding cohort. This marks the next step in my journey as I aim to blend my technical foundation with business acumen and leadership development.
