• Initiated the formation of a commercial real estate investment firm. Secured two additional equal investors, all three of us invested equal amounts to create a cash reserve to acquire commercial real estate.
• Lead the sourcing and marketing efforts to procurement of two properties directly with land owners.
• Created a unique marketing marketing strategy leveraging technology to market to 100+ property owners of raw land owners to identify great off market buying opportunities without the use of expensive brokers. Conducted analysis and due diligence of target properties to mitigate risks associated with purchasing raw land.
• Negotiated bank financing options. Negotiated the purchase agreement with two property owners, one for 23 acres, the other for 16 acres of raw land.
• Negotiations lead to the successful purchase of both properties at a savings of 25% off standard market rates. Saved the firm money utilizing agricultural exemption strategies to lower real estate tax rates. Both properties doubled in value over a period of three years.

• Rapidly led Xtreme Lashes from inception to global dominance in the new eyelash extension market.
• Today consumers spend over 250 Million dollars annually on Xtreme Lashes services and products.
• Since 2005 Xtreme Lashes has trained over 25,000 lash stylist in high end salons and spas and launched franchises in 30+ countries. Xtreme Lashes has been featured and worn by celebrities at the Golden Globes, Cannes Film Festival and Academy Awards. Xtreme has been featured in countless beauty publications and on Good Morning America, Nightline, The Doctors, many more.
• As an active 1/3 Co-owner after I stepped down as CEO, I would activate and lead small special forces teams to execute high impact projects, especially during difficult times.
• A few projects I lead as a Board Member & Co-Owner were:
• Designed and lead the build of a new website with custom everything including A CMS. From scratch, designed and led the development of an automated nationwide online SEO sales platform & training management platform from which facilitated the training of 2,000+ stylists per year with 8-16 training programs held weekly nationwide. • After 18 months of attempts from the executive team to renew a critical long term exclusive agreement for the core lash extension adhesive failed, I stepped in & after just one virtual presentation session, closed nearly a decade long exclusive deal at better pricing terms.

• Internet marketing and web design solutions created for small to mid size firms. I would come into a business and double to quadruple their revenues in one month by designing and building websites and deploying SEO and PPC Marketing strategies. Overcame challenges to convince business owners to try internet marketing when they've never even heard the term in these very early days of SEO and PPC. Most clients had no website and needed a website and marketing plan built from scratch. Generated thousands per month in income working just 10 hours a week while I attended college.

• Doubled revenue in first year. Grew revenues by 4x during tenure. Joined when the company was at 800k in revenue. Closed the biggest contracts and the largest building projects the company has ever seen in its 13 year history.
• Designed and closed many contracts and deployed operational execution strategies that resulted in 65%+ net profit margins.
• Personally assessed complex government labor regulations then wrote and closed a complex $250,000 contract with George R Brown Convention Center when the facility was expanded by 50%.
• Closed the company's first long term skyscraper contract, the former Enron building.
• Closed multi-million dollar long term contract with the Houston Community College Portfolio.
• Closed a large construction cleanup project at George Bush International airport.
• Blew away previous sales records by selling ELEVEN large office buildings in just one month.
