• Engineering Customer Success (ECS) is an elite customer focused R&D team within Pega Engineering that works closely with a select group of our largest and most important customers and partners. ECS looks months ahead with the customer and works on a shared, strategic backlog of R&D projects.
• As part of ECS team, I am one of the key members in developing the tool called Release Management framework which manages movement and deployment of products and patches from one environment to another environment automatically.
• One of the key member in designing and developing DevOps Accelerator Pack which is built in Hub-Spoke model. The tool is useful for doing continuous integration throughout the release pipeline. It is a combination of four tools named, ECT,PCM,RRipples and RMF.
• As part of the team, I worked mostly on developing application using stage based case management, design of the release dashboard, integration of the hub with all the clients, import/export process of entire branch/product rule from one environment to another environment. Given demos to nearly 5-6 clients on installation and configuration of the DevOps accelerator pack.

• PNC bank has a major application called PINACLE. PINACLE is PNC’s Corporate & Institutional Banking online portal. To protect PINACLE against hackers and cyber-attack, complete security vulnerability assessment tests have been performed by PNC’s team. A number of vulnerabilities with Low, Medium, High and Critical severity were reported across PINACLE suite of applications. This project mainly deals with analysing those vulnerabilities and developing methods to fix them. Most of the vulnerabilities are resolved using spring framework and the rest with Struts and JSP.

• Involved in analysing the requirements and preparing design documents.
• Involved in developing modules to fix various vulnerabilities present in the application.
• Involved in performing Unit testing by writing various test classes and verifying using JUnit, PMD and EMMA reports.
• Deployed the code which is tested in local environment to QA and production environment and taken care of build process in Jenkins.
• Involved in performing code review so as to make sure the code adheres to the quality standards.
• Trained new associates on spring and other technologies and made them ready to develop code.

• OTN WEB-UI is an optical management system which deals in managing the Network elements. It mainly involves designing templates for Network Elements, provisioning those Network Elements and managing events occurred on those Network Elements. It consists of set of web pages that interact with REST based services. All the pages are mostly velocity files which uses JavaScript functions. Layout is mostly provided by DOJO toolkit and data is provided using JSON files.

• Involved in developing UI components like Lists, Trees using DOJO framework
• Worked on UI and functionality enhancements proposed by the client
• Worked in a SCRUM team which is responsible to deliver services in each sprint.
