• Launched Missed Call Alerts (MCA) on Thanks app - a unique proposition that helps discover when a person comes back online incase of a network flip. System handles over 1.5B+ events per day and answers the Airtel channels in ms.
• Multi-fold improvement in app health metrics resulting in improved experience and lower app uninstalls.
• Leading the device lock program - Built a common platform which integrates with Google, Samsung & other partners and helps enable multi-device prepaid subscriptions across the handset ecosystem.
• Launched common promotions platform - a low-latency highly scalable platform commonly used to drive campaigns and gratifications (rewards, discounts, cashbacks) across airtel.
• Scaled the centralised OLAP data store for app to handle over 3B+ events per day and over 600+TB of data used to generate insights.
