• Worked as a backend and frontend contributor to a custom Grafana data source plugin used at BMC. My primary focus was on optimizing Grafana variable queries by implementing a server-side caching mechanism using Redis. This involved enhancing the pluginproxy layer in Go to support conditional caching based on custom headers, ensuring cache key consistency, and improving overall dashboard load performance.
