• Conducted Secondary research to identify potential clients of Grant Thornton’s products and services. I used existing data and information from reliable sources to find out which organizations or individuals could benefit from the services offered by Grant Thornton, such as audit, tax, consulting, and advisory. I did not collect any new data myself, but rather analyzed and summarized the data that was already available online or from journals, books, government websites, or library databases.
• Developed Retention Strategies and Use case mapping of identified clients. I created plans and methods to keep the existing and potential clients satisfied and loyal to Grant Thornton, and to prevent them from switching to competitors. I also created diagrams that showed the different ways and scenarios of how the clients would use and interact with Grant Thornton’s products and services, from their perspective. I used Unified Modeling Language (UML) to represent the actors, use cases, systems, and relationships in the use case diagrams.
• Presented analysis to stakeholders. I communicated and explained the results and findings of my secondary research, retention strategies, and use case mapping to the people who had an interest or concern in Grant Thornton’s business, such as the management, employees, customers, partners, suppliers, investors, and regulators. I used visual aids, such as charts, graphs, tables, and diagrams, to make my presentation more clear and engaging. I also answered any questions or feedback that the stakeholders had about my analysis.
