Most recently I have been a Program Manager at HP in the Personal Systems division, where I’ve had the opportunity to work across both New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining products in a cross-functional team model. My role has given me end-to-end visibility into the product lifecycle—from early development through to field issue resolution. I worked on a project "Aurora Ranging" where in I did the following:
Studied the existing code of Ranging and implemented the addition of new data items into the code. Resulted in addition of new data items which increased the efficiency of the project by 40%.
Standardized the code according to the addition of new data items required in the telemetry system which used Electromagnetic transmission using C.
Programmed an entirely new algorithm into the speed code (existing code) which included coding of matrices and changes in the entire core of the code. This gave rise to increase of facilities provided to the customers and hence efficiency increased to 70%.
Implemented the other side of the algorithm into a company dedicated software using Python
