I've partnered with over a hundred companies in the Netherlands, successfully placing hundreds of engineers, architects and technical leaders in a variety of positions. The search is all about understanding the context of a client, a team, the role and translate that to requirements and a specified search for candidates. Understanding what you are looking for. That's it. Grasping that context and deep diving to prepare for the search is what I love to do. In the land of the blind, one-eye is king. Nowadays I lead by example and steer an awesome team of senior and principal recruiters, distributing my time between servant leadership, strategy and being in the trenches with the team.
