• I built zero to one products, as well grew products with millions of customers. I launched a new audio service designed to disrupt live radio. As the Single Threaded Owner (STO) for TAM Expansion, I designed and launched the experience on Alexa, Amazon Music app, web player and Android - accounting for 65% active customers. Prior to that, I was at Alexa Smart Home and grew the portfolio of users by 40% in just 2 years.

• I led pan-India initiatives to grow Uber's driver base in India. Among other initiatives, I launched data-based vehicle financing engine that used driver's performance on Uber (e.g., number of trips, days active, customer rating, etc.) to underwrite and secure low interest loans for low income Uber drivers, resulting in partnerships with major banks like SBI.

• I led multiple large scale digital transformations at BCG. I helped overhaul the performance management system for the largest public sector bank in India for 170k employees by replacing the existing subjective and manual system with a completely automated digital system. I helped Ministry of Labor in Saudi Arabia launch the first of its kind digital platform that served as one-stop-shop for job seekers, employers, govt. and training centers, targeting over 20M users nation-wide. In less than a year, the platform helped 120k people find jobs and it continues to be a critical pillar of Saudi Vision 2030.
