• I led engineering at Mihup with ownership across product/engineering strategy, delivery, hiring, and system architecture. I introduced centralized planning (backlog, estimation, quarterly planning) to improve predictability, and helped raise the bar on enterprise NFRs including reliability, security, and performance across the platform.
• Technically, I improved the end-to-end processing pipeline and designed the next-gen real-time agent assist system to run in three deployment modes—fully on-prem, hybrid, and client + Mihup-hosted server—balancing latency, data privacy, and operational reliability. I also worked closely with NLP/ASR and LLM components, including optimizing the self-hosted Llama path by upgrading a slow response-generation layer, delivering ~40% latency/cost improvement.

• At Observe.ai, I led engineering for the Post-Call Processing charter and multiple product lines in an enterprise SaaS platform. A big part of my work was building new products and core systems from scratch—taking ideas from early customer/PM discovery through architecture, execution, reliability, and scale-up for production usage.
• I owned architecture and delivery across Post-Call Analytics, Real-Time Agent Assist, Screen Recording, and Omnichannel Conversation Intelligence, working closely with ASR/NLP components and high-volume data pipelines while meeting enterprise expectations on privacy, latency, and availability. Along the way, I scaled the org from ~10 to 70+ engineers, built pod structures and leadership depth, and drove strong execution rhythms (quarterly planning, reviews) and reliability discipline (observability, incident/RCA rigor). I also led Screen Recording strategy end-to-end and the Scope.ai integration post-acquisition, and drove AutoQA workflows to improve quality and trust in customer-facing insights.

• At Swiggy, I led Catalog Engineering (Storefront) where we built and scaled several platform services from scratch that sat on the critical path of customer experience—catalog ingestion, post-processing, and low-latency serving for availability, pricing, inventory, and menus.
• I also led delivery of Catalog 2.0, a generic catalog platform that expanded beyond food to support new business lines, and helped the team take ownership of multiple Tier-1 services with strong reliability expectations. This involved building event-driven backend systems (Kafka/Redis) on AWS, establishing operational excellence practices, and scaling the team from 8 to 21 while strengthening end-to-end ownership and execution maturity.

• We setup up the company from the scratch in limited resources and no previous experience in setting up an organization.
