• Being part of the web engineering team, I contributed to the web application front-end and server-side web development, built on a Javascript stack (NodeJS, PugJS & React/Redux, built with grunt + webpack). The workflow at Saltside involves taking a feature from design, to development, through testing and then deployment, where it impacts millions of users across the four markets - Bikroy.com, Ikman.lk, tonaton.com and efritin.com.

• Was a core contributor to the team building the Inquizit (Gr8Fynd) project at Xelpmoc. Being part of the team during their initial ideation days, I was exposed to taking product, design and tech architecture
• decisions.
• Gr8fynd was a machine learning based news aggregator that recommended personalised and auto-summarised news items to readers by gradually learning about their interests.
• My work here was to the deliver the UX for the desktop web app. This included creating UI mocks on Sketch and then translating these designs to code.

• Elected in as Chairman for the PESITSouth ACM Student Chapter for the year 2015-2016. As chairman, I oversaw numerous technical events that were organized under the PESITSouth ACM Student Chapter Umbrella.
• These included the annual hackathon, inGenius (which saw a team of 20 students organise an event for 300 participants), technical talks, code sprints, coding challenges and online treasure hunts.
