• I led the architecture of the Workforce Planning Portal and Scheduling components of the Workforce Management solution.
• I led the architecture of the Directed Work platform that allows us to effectively and efficiently manage the workload across multiple transactions in any of our facilities. This multi-tenant, configurable and pluggable platform surfaces prioritized tasks to ~1.5 million associates. It aims to drive optimizations across ~5000 US facilities including stores and warehouses by managing the task workloads for optimal business outcome.
• I led the architecture of the Data Artery for the Stores Data Hub that consumes events at a rate of 10000 TPS and builds a coherent view of data to provide actionable insights to business. The platform went live in Sep 2020. Key contributions were to the transformer and schema registry components where I kept the oversight on delivery.
