• Lead sourcing for high-impact Software Engineering roles (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Android, iOS, AI/ML) with primary focus on India market and Support EMEA Sales hiring for Google (Account Strategist roles, Accelerated Growth Consultant roles, Account Executive roles )
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters across regions to understand roles, skill depth, and market dynamics
• Build strategic, role-specific talent mapping for niche tech functions across multiple EMEA locations
• Consistently generate top-of-funnel pipelines through proactive outreach, passive talent engagement, and competitive research
• Maintain strong data hygiene across Google ATS and internal workflows, ensuring alignment with hiring SLAs and compliance standards

• Advocate for inclusive hiring efforts by actively sourcing from underrepresented talent bases and messaging to encourage inclusion and representation.
